Here we are with some Traveller chibis from my Halloween!AU! Monsters run rampant in Panem, and nobody is safe. So, here's some explanations!
Ott- A wizard. Ott is the type of wizard that always tries to do the coolest shit, but somehow it always backfires and ends up exploding in his face. However, sometimes he tries to do one thing and does something totally different, which shocks his teachers, but when they ask him what the hell he did, he can't tell them because "I was honestly just trying to make that pencil levitate, I didn't mean to turn it into a snake, honest! ...Sidenote, can I keep that snake?"
Job- The name says it all. Job is a prophet. Now, I mentioned that Lux has a form of prophecy, but it's different from Job's. Job has visions exclusively through dreams. There are metaphors within the dreams, and Job's ability is to decipher the meaning behind them. Occasionally other magic users and (rarely) humans will have dreams that they sense meaning from, and Job's able to decipher them. This is an ability that takes years upon years to master, and Job is still working on it (though she's usually not wrong).
Neapolitan- Human. Neapolitan is a snake and he knows it. All of his partners are different species and he is able to convince all of them to protect him while setting each of them against each other to ensure that he stays a human. Anytime someone tries to turn him there's someone there to stop that person from turning him.
Nebuchadnezzar- Werewolf. He is not a good boy. As he does in the real world, Nez lacks control, and when he's in wolf form he basically just runs rampant. The only thing is that when he's a wolf he's actually just a tiny little Pomeranian. However, the second you stop to coo, he will bite and scratch and turn and feast however the hell he wants. Especially if he doesn't like you (Horus), you will be dead before you know it.
Twyla- A ghost. I chose this for her because she's kind of like a ghost, where she will continually do everything in her power to assert what she thinks (or what actually IS) right, and nobody will ever listen. No matter how much she wants to change things, ultimately she can't convince anyone. She will constantly haunt Harry (fucking) Openshaw, even if she dies in the Games, and will do anything she can to make his life hell. Ultimately, though, she can't actually have an affect, a fate she's been damned to.
Turtle- A witch. Python is a wizard, and taught her everything she knows. However, Turtle is bored being a witch. The cool hat is the only thing she actually likes about being a witch. She wants to be something cool, like a vampire or a werewolf, but she knows that even if she tried to be bitten, Python would defend her because he wants her to be just like him (as usual). She wants to be bitten someday, but unfortunately for her, Gaylen is a human so he's no help there. Sadie is a werewolf, and Turtle wants to go looking for her, but Gaylen and Python would never let her do that.
Serena- A sad little vampire. She doesn't want to hurt anyone and hates that she's been damned to that fate. She's thirsty for blood, but would never hurt someone else just to fulfill her own wishes. She would starve herself every year, to the point where she's physically unhealthy, and it takes so long for anyone to notice that by the time they do, she barely has the energy to get out of bed. She likes to turn into a bat when she's sad or scared and hang on the ceiling, because nobody thinks to look up there for her and nobody cares enough to actually do that.
Kaiser- Human. Living in prison was hard for him, because it's basically full of monsters. Kaiser just knew the right people to make friends with and the right people to avoid. In a modern AU where he's got some more freedom, he finds this little injured fox. He stupidly attacked the thing there, and the kitsune ran. Legend has it that if you hurt a kitsune, they run, never to be found again. Kaiser was determined, though. Soon, Elliot, a werewolf, decided that he wanted to find the pretty little thing and have the satisfaction of turning her himself. Kaiser knew that going after the little fox would be a fruitless effort, but he refused to give up, even if it meant going on a quest into the dark forest that is riddled with hungry monsters just waiting for prey...
